Full responsible for the managment and the perofomance of the organizing Committee.
Responsible for team tracking, standards delivery, team meetings and reportability to the head of business
development of AIESEC in Jordan.
Responsible for ensuring 100% achievement of Youth To Business goals in terms of attendance,reach, and
partners.
Responsible for Event planning & execution before, during and after the event. This includes working on
agenda,logistics, marketing strategies.
Creating detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and completing each project on
schedule, within the allocated budget.
Delegate project tasks based on the team member's individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
This project has been ended with a great satisfaction from youth and afrom our partners with 380+ attendees
on GoToWebinar Platform.

Multilingual Youth is a project that AIESEC in Jordan organizes it aims to contribute to Sustainable
Development Goals number 4 (Quality Education) by providing young people space to learn new languages in
an international environment with international expertise and provide them with relevant skills that will help
them in their professional career for 4 weeks through sessions and workshops.
