Summary
I am an Civil Engineering student. Currently, I am an HR Intern and Enthusiast working in a startup,
but more importantly, I am a self-driven person who enable, love and supports ideas of inclusive
learning and leadership environment. Experienced in set of Talent Management skills including Talent
Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Performance, Talent Engagament, and Project Management.
I enjoy meeting new people and learning new things to enrich my value as an individual. Currently
building my career and expertise in Human Resources through several projects and intern program.
I find that Talent Management and Human Resources is an interesting field to explore. My interest
leads me to pursue a career in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods companies with its best talent in it to
manage.

Organizational Experience
• National Talent Management Steering Team AIESEC in Indonesia (May 2020 – Jan 2020)
o Responsible to do change management, review, and created innovation also revised
National Talent Management SOP of AIESEC in Indonesia (Recruitment, Development,
Engagement, and Tracking System)
o Created a new Brand Activation Event for helping Recruitment Process. Able to generate
9567 applicants, 147% absolute growth compare to last year for all Local Entities of AIESEC
in Indonesia.
o Created and refresh 2 SOP of National Talent Acquisition, and 1 tools for Succession
• Local Head of Talent Acquisition AIESEC in Semarang (Feb 2020 – Jan 2020)
o Led team consists of 16 members, managing acquisition of member, host family, local
volunteer in local level, generating monthly and quarterly report, and generating
inferences based on data from report to elevate members performance.
o Managing mass recruitment process in local level with 1600 applicants, 211% absolute
growth in applicants compare to last mass recruitment process.
o Awarded for the best Sustainable Talent Practices in 2020 by AIESEC in Indonesia
o Awarded for the best integrity on HR Performance Tracking System aspect in 2020 by AIESEC
in Indonesia
• Organizing Committee President of REFORM #6 Project AIESEC in Semarang (Aug 2019 – Feb
2020)
o We succeed increasing reachment of digital posts views with more than 300 views in a day
o Succeed gaining more than 100 audiences in one of our event
o Gain revenue in total 16 millions rupiah in revenue with 0% project finance loss
o Manage 20 people on a team consist of 7 foreign students, and 13 local students

Professional Experience
• Talent Performance Intern of Tutee.id (Feb 2021 – June 2021)
o Created a new system and tools to assess employee’s development & performances score.
o Created a new system and tools to analyze company’s performance
o By using 9 box Categories, able to create new way for analyze talent’s development
and performances. And increase almost 85% score in employees feel developed
compared to last quarter.
• Talent Acquisition and Development Intern of Tutee.id (Nov 2020 – Feb 2021)
o Led and involved in several project for Talent Acquisition and Development division (RnR,
Talent Persona, Intern Recruitment, Development Program, and Talent Clinic)
o Involved in several recruitment project (Talent Persona, Intern Recruitment)
o Involved as 1st CV Screener for CV review product. Already do review for more than 300
CVs.
• Creative Event and Program Intern of Campuspedia (Sept 2020 – Oct 2020)
o Responsible for managed Online Career Class Campuspedia Product
o Created 10 Classes with various theme
o Able to generated almost 8 million rupiah in total revenue
o Improved and Developed the current product using eligible data and generated almost
120% absolute growth compare to last 2 month
o Learned a lot about Product Development Skill
Volunteering Experience
• Volunteer on AWECAN 2019 Project in National Taipei University (December 2018 – February
2019).
o Worked with 20 international students to held a camp with more than 100 highschools
stundents to increase awareness about education in New Taipei City
o Was a facilitator on Debate session, SDG Education session, and Living Library session in 4
days camp.
