AROMAntic
a. Name – AROMAntic Pair Café

• Aside from the aroma drifting through the romantic air inside the cafe that

accentuates our special drinks, the word “Aromantic” is someone who has

little or no romantic attraction to others. The word may contradict our

café’s concept but it is perfectly aligned with the mission of our café

which is to pair up customers who may be missing a little romance in their

lives.

b. Logo

• Our logo signifies what our cafe is all about: help build a good relationship

between two strangers in a calm, relaxing environment. The two people

conversing are the romantics and in between are what our café offers (coffee and

desserts) that paired them together. We used neutral colors as we want it to reflect

our cafe's aesthetics and relaxing vibes.

c. Tagline - Order up to Pair up!

• The cafes’ tagline indicates the romantic scheme AROMAntic pair has

devised for them. A pair of a cup equals a pair of heart.

d. Vision -

• The primary vision of AROMAntic Pair is to become successful enough to

be the “standard” of similar businesses. From that, we are also eyeing to

have more branches that would bear fruit from the cafés mission.

e. Mission -

• To provide satisfactory coffee and treats that will be the bridge for our

devious plan. Our mission is to match random strangers with their chosen

orders and have compatible partner as they exit the premises.

f. Core Values

• Sincerity- We are a small and dedicated team of people who will make

good products and services with love, passion and care. We will keep the

lines of communication open and will be always happy to help customers

in order to meet their needs.

• Uplifting- We ensure that the customer feels happiness in our product and

services We aim to lift up the mood of everyone as well as the employee

to have a good pleasing environment.

• Pleasing- We are dedicated and committed to push ourselves to be our

best, we focus to please and pleasure our valued customers so they can be

satisfied with our services.

g. Type of Business – Service Business

• Service Business- The AROMantic Pair Cafe is a service business

specialized not only to serve coffee but also to serve you romance. Cafés

serve as centers of social interaction, a cafe provides customers a place to

date, talk, read, write, entertain one another, or pass the time. Since a

majority of the population is single, this cafe has the capability to have a

place for singles and not for people who already have romantic partners

because this business doesn’t tolerate cheating.

h. Form of Business

• Partnership- The AROMAntic Pair Cafe is a partnership form of business

as it consists of six owners, namely: Chryza Winden Manalaotao, Eryna

Ramela Benamir, Paul Russel Iluis, Rafael Cabangon, Elliona Shey

Quisay, Alessandra Michel Dulay, who will work together to form the

business and provide quality goods and services to their consumers. The

above-mentioned owners will equally divide the profits of the business

equivalently to their given capital/investment.

• Nathalia's Cafe Area- is a location where crowds of people who came

from school or work pass by. It is easily accessible to students,

considering it is only a few minutes away from Tomas del Rosario

College. It also has space for parking and a nice ambiance that can make

customers feel the romantic atmosphere as if everything is destined

together.

k. Target market

• There are many millennials, particularly singles, seeks romantic

relationship nowadays. AROMAntic Pair Cafe's goal is to satisfy not only

the customer's caffeine needs but also to find them a possible partner by

pairing them to a certain person who ordered a similar drink to what they

have. In addition to that, the business will not interfere to the customers

decision after the staffs have paired them, for instance, their choice in

continuing the already built friendship or relationship outside the cafe

business or not. Making the business single friendly and respectful of their

consumers rights.
