COMPOSITION OF DIVISION FIELD TECHNICAL ASSSISTANCE TEAM (DFTAT)

1. The provision of technical assistance by the Schools Division Office to the

schools and community learning centers towards improving the quality and efficiency
of the delivery of educational services is a mandate as stipulated in DepEd Order No.
52 s. 2015 titled, New Organizational Structures of the Central, Regional, and Schools
Division Offices of the Department.

2. In line with this, the Schools Division Office of Romblon announces the new
Composition of the Division Field Technical Assistance Team (DFTAT) with their
corresponding assigned Clustered Districts/Islands to wit:

3. The members of the Division Field Technical Assistance Team (DFTAT) are
expected to perform the following functions:

a. Provide support, coaching and guidance to clients in the performance of their

functions;
b. Regularly appraise clients on the status of their performance;
c. Utilize data gathered to inform the team during DMEA and the Regional
Office FTAD.

4. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
