CONCLUSIONS AND IMPLICATIONS: Use several paragraphs to describe your

wellness? Are there areas in which there is room for improvement?

I believe that the ratings are accurate, and the test result justifies my current
state of wellness and lifestyle, which is Good Wellness. I think I have good practice
with it but I need to do better in Emotional and Physical outcomes to enhance and
improve it. I also believe that In order for a person to live as happily as possible, we
need to be balanced within the dimensions of emotional, social, physical, spiritual, and
intellectual wellness.

In terms of the Wellness dimensions, which are Emotional and Physical


wellness, I got Good Wellness. This rating accurately indicates my actual state of
wellness since it matches what I currently feel. Physical wellness is not only about
eating and staying in tip-top shape. It's about taking care of your body when you get
sick and knowing when you need medical attention. Many people these days, including
me, do not get the medical attention they need to keep themselves healthy and I
haven't been physically active in a long time. I also need to enhance my emotional and
mental well-being because I tend to stress myself and sometimes do not do well. But
I believe there is room for improvement, and as an individual, I am still developing and
willing to improve it to attain in having a high level of wellness.

In conclusion, the five concepts of wellness should be practiced regularly to


ensure a person's health. Nobody is ever going to be at the peak of health unless they
accept these facts and begin to apply them to their lives. Health is not only about
dieting and exercise; it is about taking care of your body, mind, and spirit. When one
incorporates these concepts into their lifestyle, getting in shape will come fast because
they are healthy in 5 ways rather than just two ways.
