 Repair will be done by competent electrician only.

Fire Hazard  Hot work permit shall be obtained and must have valid date and signatures Site Engineer, Task

 In reinforcement concrete wall construction, Vertical bars are to be fixed to the
starter bars from the foundation including horizontal bars and additional
bracings to support it.
 Rebars to be tied continuously in between vertical and horizontal bars while
working on construction of walls.
 Any splices and joints in rebar to be tied properly as required.
 All walls and chambers rebar work to be commenced with periodical close
supervision of engineers to ensure the approved bar bending schedule is
followed.
 All sleeves, inserts, anchor bolts, angle steels, and other embedded items
required for adjoining work or for its support shall be accurately placed and
firmly anchored to prevent displacement prior to concreting
 The maximum height up to which rebar can be stalked should be 1m.
 Steel reinforcement shall be protected at all times from injury.
 When placed in the work, it shall be free from dirt, scale, paint, oil, loose rust,
grease or other foreign substances.
Alternatively, 2”X1” timber planks can be tied to both sides of the rebar to
prevent injuries.
Working at height  All employees must be trained in W@H by EPC and must have sticker displayed Site Engineer, Task

 Scaffold platform must be inspected by a certified and competent scaffolding

(hand rails, Toe board etc)


 All tools and loose materials must secure properly or toolbox must be used.
 Lifeline shall be is be installed as per the standard by the scaffolder wherever
required.
 Full body Safety harness must be worn by all employees using scaffold
platform. Ensure the safety harness is anchored in proper anchoring point.
 Chin strap shall be used by all employees along with all mandatory PPE’s.
 Suspend the activity during adverse weather condition like fog, high wind, Task Supervisor HSE
Emergency Situations High wind/ heavy poor visibility, heavy rain/storm etc. officer, First Aider,
rain/storms Chemical  Site emergency response procedure shall be followed. Workers & ERT
Fire 2 3 6  Trained First aider shall be available at site. Team.
Spills. Medium  Periodic inspection and maintenance of plant and equipment.
Medical emergency.  SDS of all chemicals shall be available and communicated with employees.
 Awareness of chemical safety should be given to Operator.
 Emergency contact number shall be posted in site areas. (Project Hotline
Number- 054-028-3292)
 Training of Firefighting equipment and emergency procedure provided.
 Adequate and suitable Fire extinguishers must be provided.
 First aid room and first aider shall be on site.
 Site emergency number must be with all workforce.
 All personnel arriving on site will attend the site induction, highlighting site
rules and emergency Procedures before working on site.

person involved in this risk assessment that all reasonable attempts have been
made as a first priority to identify any potential to eliminate all the significant
hazards listed, e.g., by preventing working at height or entering into a confined
space.
