1. The difference between a business email and a business letter, namely :
a. Business letter, this is still written manually and in print out form. While business
email uses electronic media to create and send it, so an internet connection is
needed.
b. Business letters usually function for delivery of goods, travel documents, printed
letters or other documents that require proof in hardcopy or printed form. While
business emails usually function for email marketing, sending invoices or
promotions.
c. Business letters use official format writing, letterhead and official stamp from the
company. While business email, usually must have a different corporate identity
from the others. Usually this company identity is behind the @ symbol, after the
name of the owner.
d. Business letter, there is a risk of being lost on the road because of its hardcopy or
print out form, but it is safer from the risk of being hacked. While business emails
are more susceptible to hacking, especially if they are not updated, they are easier to
store because they are digital.
e. Business letters are considered hard copies so we have to physically send them to the
recipient. However, business emails are electronic messages and we don't need to
send them physically.
f. Business letter can reach people who don’t have email or who are not used the
internet, whereas business email requires the internet.
g. From the time of delivery, business letters need a longer to arrive than business
email. Usually at least the letter will arrive the day after you sent it and on the other
hand the email will take a few minutes to arrive after you sent it.
h. Business letters tend to be more formal than email because of the effort that people
put into printing, sealing, and delivering them.

Subject : Mandatory CPR Training

Based on the program from the company. On November 11th, 2022 theres a mandatory
CPR training was held for all staff department. The training will be held on upcomning
Friday at 3pm at company hall. Prepare yourself as best you can and please be present on
time.
