Re: Request for a Bunker Safety Officer

Dear Governor Garcia,

Warm greetings!

May I appeal to your kind attention an urgent need for the Bunker to have assigned Safety
Officer, whose main task will be to ensure that our PGB workspace is free from any safety
risks to both personnel and equipment.

Having trained several safety officer certified employees in the PEO, would it be possible
to assign one as the bunker Safety Officer instead of hiring someone from the outside of
the PGB? As it is, the Covid pandemic has stretched the PGB’s resources that hiring
another employee may not be prudent at this time.

Your assistance shall be invaluable in ensuring that the PGB in the Bunker will be the safest
place to work in Bataan, and honor God as well as our provincial leadership.
