SUBJECT : Observed Leakages due to Typhoon Paeng at BPO Tower 2

Good day Ma’am / Sir,

We would like to inform you regarding all the leakages observed at BPO Tower 2 Level 25, 26, and 27
due to Typhoon Paeng details as follows:

1. EAST STREET (GL T-S/12), Leakage observed coming from gasket between glass and
aluminum at Level 25 Panel 82 of BPO Tower 2.
2. EAST STREET (GL R-O/12), Leakage observed coming from miter at Level 26 Panel 90, 92,
and 100 of BPO Tower 2.
3. EAST STREET (GL T-S/12), Leakage observed coming from miter at Level 27 Panel 78 of
BPO Tower 2.

Based on the inspection conducted the source of leakages was due to poor workmanship. The leak’s
rectification was completed today. Please see attached plans and photos for your reference.
