Notes:
1. Generators ratings shall be in line with final Electrical Load list. Rating shall be
updated during detailed engineering stage based on approved load list of EPC stage.
2. All Generators shall be an enclosed skid mounted package unit.
3. All day tanks shall be in separate skids.
4. Vendor to consider commissioning & start-up spares, three years operational spares &
special tools in their scope of supply.
5. Vendor shall provide auxiliary electrical equipment load list along with all sizing
calculation for review.
6. Noise level shall not exceed 85 dBA @ 1.0 meter distance from the equipment surface.
Vendor shall furnish the noise data for the overall package. Acoustic Enclosure shall be
considered by Vendor.
7. Vendor shall provide the minimum load rate of continuous operation, description the
operating conditions and efficiency under different load rate, provide the diesel
generator efficiency chart and table at different temperature.
8. Generator will be painted in accordance to the project painting specification,
Appendix 4 of TP-MISC-80065-RPT-A4 and shall be suitable for the specified ambient
condition.
9. Vendor shall provide the actual output power change chart and table of diesel
generator at different temperatures, altitude conditions.
10. Day tank shall be designed as per code UL 142 and include Fuel filter, Breather/vent
with flame/spark arrestor, Fuel level indicator, Inspection hatch, Supply and return
connections to the engine fuel system, Inlet connection for filling, Level gauge, High /
Low level switches and drain connection with valve as a minimum.
11. Fuel supply and fuel injection pumps shall be shaft driven and Vendor to supply the
detailed data sheet.
12. For details of I/O interfaces, Specification for LV switchgear doc.no. TP-CGDF-80979-
SPC-A4 and Datasheet for 415V switchgear doc no. TP-CGDF-80528-DAS-A4 shall
be referred.
