Alhamdulilah praises to the most gracious and most merciful for giving us the strength and good
health. We finally manage to accomplish our assignment that have been given by our beloved
lecturer madam sarah mardhiah. This assignment cannot be completed without the effort and
cooperation from our team member which is alifah, iman, putri, syafira and me(fatin). Thankyou to
all of the team member that always stick together and also work hard to produce a good assignment
with all effort and responsibility.
We would like to express our appreaciation and thanks to madam sarah mardhiah because have
been given us the great opportunity to do this assignment and for the guidance and encouragement
in finishing this assignment and also teaching us in this course.
We hope every second that we spend for research and explore to finish this assignment will give us
benefit, in terms of knowledge and experience.
INTRODUCTION
IPHALISYA bakery were established in 2019 by our founder nuralifah layinah and supported by her
friends. IPLAHLISYA is combination of their team member which is stands for I as iman, p for putri,
pha as fatin, ali for alifah and sya for syafira. We produced cakes and food and beverages as our
main product.
In this company we have 3 level of management which is the top level management, middle level
management and lower level management. This system would help all the management process to
run smoothly witout having any problem
