1. Positioning Statement

For Oi (Telecom company, provides Land lines, Internet, Cable TV and Mobile Phones), TV and
Internet customers who desire or need access to OTT content from several sources in a single
place, the Oi Play is an OTT aggregator that provides via a single portal, access to VOD content
from more than 10 providers (like HBO, TNT, FOX...). Unlike Netflix, our product is not restricted
to only one library of content. We provide unlimited access to more than 20.000 media assets
through metadata aggregation and proprietary SVOD and TVOD content.

Julie is a YouTube video producer; she produces media content for the YouTube. Her
Channel is centered on Critical Reviews and Recommendations of Movies and TV Shows,
she has graduated in Mass Communication and has 7 years of experience as a content
developer in YouTube. Julie has a popular YouTube channel where she posts her videos.
Her YouTube channel has more than 2 million subscribers, 200 videos and five million
views from around the world. Her profession absolutely requires her to be well
informed about the media content that is on the OTT platforms across the internet. She
also needs to be able to watch this VOD content that is distributed across several
platforms. Julie is an Oi TV and Internet customer, that means that Oi provides Cable TV
and Internet to Julie. Post pandemic as Julie now permanently works from home, hence
she has only a single account with Oi.
 Thinks Julie would like to have access to all OTT content from all the
different providers on a single platform.
Sees Julie sees that all the OTT content are spread across several different
proprietary OTT media platforms which makes her job difficult.
Feels She feels frustrated because even though all providers make their
OTT content available for Oi TV and Internet customers, this same
