2. PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Job Context:
In addition to existing role of HRBP for R&D & Quality, she has been responsible for Business Partnering and
interacting with all SBUH and Functional HODs like SC, Projects & Design. Finance, IT , Subsidiaries etc.

Also Responsible for overall PMS for business across sites & geographies.

 Manpower Planning and Budgeting , Manpower Budgeting / Costing - Consolidation /


Action Plan as per HR Strategy Rationalization of HC no’s, Productivity Analysis

Meet up with SBU Heads and Function Heads to


 Business & Function Heads Interaction understand & resolve the issues wrt to TA , Incentive ,
Performance and Productivity
Establishing complete Performance Management
 Performance management system Systems (PMS) which includes bell curve fitment and
support for flawless letter rollout.

 HR Dashboard / HR Analytics Periodic Reviews and HR Strategy Presentations

Assisting SVP – HR (BUSINESS) in designing new


organogram & structures as per requirement
 H R Operations for Business &
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in providing support
Subsidiaries
to site HR Teams on HRIS automation related issues

Representing BUSINESS for corporate driven


initiatives
Analyzing the attrition rate and strategizing the
actions.
 Talent Retention Drive need based Initiatives in the areas of
productivity enhancement, attrition and strengthening
talent pipeline etc.
