II. SITE PROGRESS

1 KSO to Re-do the Subdrain mock up placed in front of MWW Site Office

KSO already start the ground preparation and will proceed with the site office
mobilization.

3 All the site work have to follow the approved Shop drawing, Method Statement

10 Following up the Concrete fence installation and other work near the Ciletuh
Hilir, KSO is expected to do the repair for the villager house which broke due to
KSO site work. This repairment is to be covered by the CAR which given by KSO v

13 to anticipate the BMKG letters regarding the high intensity/ extreme weather on

III. SAFETY

1 MWW request to KSO-GEOF to conduct meeting every day morning.

CBR test should reach >= 5%,
50 cm loose thickness,
Tested using Field CBR, DCP test, & Sand Cone test,
Tested every 50 m' grid/radius.
if the CBR did not reach the requirement, test again nearby the point and do the

Agreed today 25 September 2019 :
1. For the valley area excavation using the GEOFORCE recommendation, its not
require CBR 5%, indeed need flat surface only.
2. For other subgrade besides valley, require CBR 5 %

2 KSO will do the works on buffer area, GEOFORCE will provide the
recommendation regarding the soil stability.

4 Based on GEOFORCE recommendation, Slurry at buffer area has to be removed

by 4 m thick and replace with sand & gravel material, MWW will settle ASAP.

5 For the soil testing, All surface have to be tested wheter its achived the MWW-GEOF-

VI. MISC.
1 KSO to survey existing village access and surrounding area for MWW to consider
