    SITE SURVEY

    PROVISION OF MINOR FABRICATION CONTRACT

    1.0 INTRODUCTION

    CONS will perform site survey as per scope of work given by COMPANY at platform MDPP. This site
    survey been divided by 2 discipline including piping and structure. Plan for mobilization of 2 pax surveyor
    on 29 June -11 July 2021 quarantine at KB & mobilize to MUDA on 12-14 July 2021.

    The main scope of work is to survey the new piping for GAS & UTILITY
