I. SUBMISSION

II. SITE PROGRESS

1 KSO to consider make subdrain at north theme park in advance to simplyfy the
work sequence & also sediment trap
Recent Update: KSO will coordinate with GAI first. KSO TBD v
GAI to make the boundaries for slurry removal near the buffer slope.

2 KSO to Re-do the Subdrain mock up palced in front of MWW Site Office

3 GAI to clear the B.1 area on 1 week.

Recent update: 14 august is ready to be tested.
GAI to submit: handover letter to KSO complete with drawing and

4 KSO Update regarding MWW & KSO Site Office:

KSO already start the ground preparation and will proceed with the site office

5 Dredging trial on Friday 20 september 2019.

Recent Update : re-scheduled on 2 october 2019. since GAI have some technical
issue with the dredging pump. 18-Sep-19

6 All the site work have to follow the approved Shop drawing, Method Statement
and material approval. All contractor to make sure all foreman do the work as the

7 GAI to start the Line B after the DB 5 avoiding the DB5 spring water. GAI 18-Sep-19 v
8 KSO subdrain productivity is approximate 30 m'/ day, so GAI have to provide
area as needed to catch up with KSO schedule.
Recent Update : Since last week they cant achived it, so on this week GAI have to GAI For Info v
prepare for 420 m by this week.

9 With the remaining schedule time (8 weeks), GAI to provide working area for
KSO subdrain work with minimum 200m' per week. GAI For Info v

10 Approximately, GAI have to accomplished 2000m3 slurry excavation per day to

catch up the progress. GAI For Info v

11 KSO to proceed with the temporary drain before Sediment Trap after the

12 KSO to complete the as built coordinate of subdrain which already installed,

14 GAI will mobilize the 6 more RCP dia. 1 m' on Saturday after lunch. So the total

16 Based on the Clarification MOM between KSO and MWW, KSO is posible to

IV. SITE ISSUE

1 GAI to rebuild maintain the sediment trap because no function.

5 KSO requesting not using DCP and only use field CBR and Sand Cone for

7 GAI promised to mobilize eamphibious per 2 october 2019

Recent Updates : GAI mobilized the 1 unit Amphibious Excavator on 12 October GAI 2-Oct-19 v

8 All Material On Site have to be inspected and accepted by Owner Site Inspector ALL For Info v
9 Daily Report to be submitted every Wednesday or weekly meeting to be sign by
owner site manager. ALL For Info v

10 KSO to put settlement monitoring (reference point) at the edge of the slope which
backfill level already finish (1 meter away from the slope every 50 meters). And KSO For Info v
read it every week.

11 Comencement date for bulk earthwork & macro drain start when the CAR release
by MWW. MWW For Info v

12 KSO site activity on Zone E (8 October 2019 10 am) and zone D (7 October 2019 1
pm) stopped due to the villager issue (Ciletuh Hilir and Wates). MWW to take
notes about this. MWW For Info v

13 DEM will meet the villager who stop the site work and consolidate with them.

14 GAI to aware about the nourthern RCP and install more pipes by next
Wednesday and divert the water from toll road directly to the RCP.

V. DESIGN ISSUE

CBR test should reach >= 5%,
50 cm loose thickness,
Tested using Field CBR, DCP test, & Sand Cone test,
Tested every 50 m' grid/radius.
if the CBR did not reach the requirement, test again nearby the point and do the

Agreed today 25 September 2019 :
1. For the valley area excavation using the GEOFORCE recommendation, its not
require CBR 5%, indeed need flat surface only.
2. For other subgrade besides valley, require CBR 5 %

3 KSO will do the works on buffer area, GEOFORCE will provide the
recommendation regarding the soil stability.

5 GEOFORCE to aware about the overlapping on the subdrain which under

6 Based on GEOFORCE recommendation, Slurry at buffer area has to be removed

by 4 m thick and replace with sand & gravel material, MWW will settle ASAP.

7 For the soil testing, All surface have to be tested wheter its achived the MWW-GEOF-

8 Regarding Buffer Area recommendation, using the excavation recommendation
on 18 sept 2019 by geoforce, for the soil treatment after the slurry soil removed

9 As per today KSO already give the DCP vs CBR field result for GEOFORCE and

13 KSO to start the subdrain 5 from STA 0+40 due to the macrodrain path crossing it.

1 GEOFORCE to value engineering their recommendation for slope stability at
buffer area and present again to MWW.
