Replacement of withered plant at entry seating May 26, 2023

As per walkthrough last May 26, 2023, FVP-PD DMOS confirmed that the replacement of planting at entry seating will be
"japanesse bush" based on FS luna and ARKnet recommendation. This is due to withered plants at bottom area of The Crib
entry seating.
