1. GENERAL WELL INFORMATION
1.1. BACKGROUND

BK-7 well was infill well that completed in October 1999 which initially
produce from B-58/59/60 with gas lift. Initial production for this well in November
1999 is 905 BFPD, 899 BOPD and WC 0.7%. In Dec 2019, B-58/59/60 were
isolated due to low performance and high watercut. Since then, BK-7 produced
from B-57A/B/C.

In April 2023, BK-7 well experience low production performance with well
test 163 BFPD, 8 BOPD, and WC 95%. Previously, in March 2023 this still
producing 2537 BFPD, 761 BOPD, and WC 70%. Based on the production
evaluation, tubing-casing communication depth are in GLM#2 & GLM#3. Several
effort to perform GLVR job has done but not success, KOT couldn’t latch to GLV
F/N. Downhole camera was run to identify the the current condition in GLM#2 &
GLM#3 depth, the result showed that those 2 GLM are in high side of tubing with
40 deg inclination. Concentric GL with Pack off were installed in GLM#2 &
GLM#3 but still tubing casing communication. The well BOL with lower rate, 790
BFPD, 71 BOPD, and WC 90%.

To return optimum production performance of BK-7 Well, need to deepening

gas lift Injection by Pulling out existing Completion (unset LSA) and Install 3-1/2”
Single String completion with new gaslift design.

2. DRILLING/WORKOVER ASSURANCE

2.1. SIMOPS

Simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) represent one of the most significant

hazards while WORKOVER & Completion perform in this well. To reduce the
risks of incidents, all operations performed on the BK platform will be governed
by the East Java SIMOPS plan. The PHE ONWJ Company Man has been
designated as the Person in Charge (PIC) and will have the ultimate authority to
control simultaneous operations.

The condition of all existing wells on the BK platform has to be checked on a

daily basis by the Production Representative. The status of these checks shall be
reported on the PHE ONWJ Daily Drilling Report. The following information is
required: tubing, casing annulus pressures, status of the well (shut/flow).

The BK platform has active pipelines. Production from the platform will be
allowed to remain active without dispensation, but only during GREEN SIMOPS
activities. Specific precautions to be taken during the BK-7 Recompletion
program are documented in the SIMOPS Meeting Notes.

2.2. PLATFORM HANDOVER

An inspection of the BK platform will be conducted by WORKOVER and

Production Team. Outstanding issues from this inspection are documented in the
Well Handover Checklist. The Bravo Production Superintendent/OIM shall
ensure that the outstanding items are complete before HWU arrives on location.
Upon HWU arrival, both parties shall sign a Platform Handover Form indicating
the condition of the wells/jacket as a formal handover from Production Team to
Well Intervention Team.

Before releasing HWU from the BK platform, the HWU WSL and the Production
Representative shall recheck document and final condition of the wells in the
Platform Handover Form. The Bravo Production Representative / Offshore
Installation Manager shall inspect the wells and jacket (if required) and upon his
satisfaction both parties shall sign the Handover Form as a formal handover from
DWI Team to Production Team.

BK-7 Recompletion Program Page 18 of 27 Juli, 2023

2.3. PRE-JOB & RIG ACCEPTANCE

The following minimum acceptance checks shall be completed to the satisfaction

of PHE ONWJ’s Company Man prior to accepting the Hydraulic WORKOVER rig
on operating rate:

• Review of documentation, inspection records, and certification of all critical

HWU components.

• Visual inspection and function test of all critical HWU systems, particularly
the circulating system, fire fighting equipment and BOP accumulator.

• HWU inspection Checklist properly filled out.

• An emergency evacuation and medical drill will be held prior commencing

the job. The purpose of this drill is to check all emergency contact numbers
and response time.

• A pre job meeting will be conducted with all key persons.

• Filtration unit and filtered sea water (FSW) will be prepared, tested and
ready for use.

• BOP stacks (on test stump) and choke manifold successfully tested from
300 psi until 3,000 psi for 5 / 10 minutes with chart recording.

Note: The 13-5/8” BOP stack is installed on the wellhead, test to 3,000 psi.

• All high pressure pumping lines from mud pump to the stand pipe will be
tested to 300 psi until 5,000 psi.

• Ensure that Hot Work Permits for planned hot work outside designated safe
hot work areas are in process. These permits should be prepared in Jakarta,
approved by the PHE ONWJ GM and sent to HWU prior to any hot work
being initiated.
