1. We personally know JOEL S. SOLIVA , being acquaintance for a long period of time;

2. There is a discrepancy in the DEED of Extra Judicial Partition and in his Tax
Identification Number ;

3. A suffix Sr. is added to his name Joel when he had a son named after him ;

4. We declare, confirm and affirm that JOEL SR. S. SOLIVA and JOEL S. SOLIVA is one
and the same ;

5. We are executing this affidavit to confirm and affirm the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
