AFFIDAVIT

I, PAUL LAMBERTE INOCENTE, of legal age, Filipino, married, and with

residence and postal address at San Roque St. Inopacan, Leyte, under oath, hereby
depose and say, That:

1. I bought a parcel of land located at Brgy. Tinago, Inopacan, Leyte with Tax
Declaration No. 08 16020 00182 with Cadastral Lot No. 687 declared under
the name of Constancio Chiong and Eulogia Mejia the deceased parents of
the SELLER – CATALINA C. CAPANGPANGAN ;

2. The said parcel of land was partitioned between DINAH A. CHIONG and
CATALINA C. CAPANGPANGAN by virtue of a Compromise Agreement;

3. As a result of resurvey attended by DINAH A. CHIONG, her share belongs to

part 687 – B and not 687-A and CATALINA C. CAPANGPANGAN ‘s share
belongs part 687-A and not 687-B;

4. The survey of Engr, Toledo is hereby attached to make correction in the entry
in the DEED of SALE such that it will be corrected in time for its registration
as the new owner;

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest the foregoing facts and for whatever
legal intents this may serve.
