Vacation Employment Programme

With reference to your application for employment during the Christmas holiday, we are
delighted to offer you a position in our holiday employment programme, as a trainee in the
Financing Department at our Central Office for the period Tuesday, 1 December 2021 to Friday
January 1, 2022.

You will report to the Financing Officer or the person he/she may assign to supervise you during
your training period.

The terms and conditions of your employment are listed below

1 Hours of work

The hours of work will be from 9:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays with
one-and-a-half-hour lunch.

2 Allowance

You will be paid a stipend of $5000.00 per week during your training period.

3 Attendance
You are required to sign an attendance register upon arrival and on departure from duty
is the department to which you are assigned.

4 Absence

You are encouraged to report to work every day to gain complete benefit of the
training. If you are going to be absent, please indicate to your department manager in
advance or contact in the morning on the day you will be absent.
