JOB DESCRIPTION

Food and beverages manager

The responsibilities of food and beverages managers is mostly the one who controls the order and
manages the company funds in purchasing the different products that they need in serving. Food and
beverage managers monitor the supplies of the company if it’s still enough of not. They are also the one
who manages the situation if ever they have a customers complaints. So basically they are mostly called
the core of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any related courses

• Passionate and hardworking

• Attentive and competitive

• Knows how to build teamwork

Chef

This are the employees that knows how to make a presentable and delicious foods. They mostly follow
the process or instructions in making the dishes according to the companies recipe. They are mostly the
experts in the kitchens businesses why? Because without them the customers would not be entertained
and have not the mindset of visiting again unless the foods like desserts they offer is high quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Senior high school graduate or undergraduate related to the job

• Fresh graduates are also welcome

• Must be hardworking and dedicated

• Knows how team works

• Creativity matters

Waiters

They are the one who is responsible in taking the orders of the customers. Also, they serve the foods
and as well as provide the customers needs( if it’s available)
QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduate

• Must be willing to undergo training

• Hardworking

• Customer service is a plus

FRONT DESK MANAGER

They are mostly work in hospitality industry. They also train company staff and supervise every day’s
operation. Front desk manager also handle customers complaints and assist them addressing it.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate or graduate from related courses

• At-least has the experience in handling customer

• Knowledgeable

• Communication skills

• Availability to work shifts
