Greetings!
It is truly a blessing that my son’s tuition and other related fees are continually covered by the
government through its appropriations on tertiary education subsidy. But none of this would be
made possible without the institution, SPAC admin’s help in easing the application and
disbursement of the said subsidy for the benefit of students, to which, I am truly grateful.
With regards to the excess tertiary education subsidy (TES), after the outstanding balances, I am
allowing my son, Prince Alexis P. Garcia to claim such amount.
