The line graph highlights the number of enquiries gained by the Tourist Information Office in one area for

6 months in 2011.
As can be seen from the graph, there was a marked growth in the number of questions asked in person
while the oppsite was true for remaining ones.
Based on the reveicing for enquiries with more than 1800 enquiries, questions asked in person had the top
spot, followed by asking through telephone (with 1600 enquiries) and asking through email is the least
(just below 400 enquiries).
In January, there was an average of nearly 800 questions of receives in letter, in comparison with around
850 questions in telephone. And asking people enquiries is lowest with more than 400 questions, with the
number of enquiries surging rapidly , exceeding other two receiving enquiries. However, from January to
March person’s asking enquiries rose significantly with 800 questions. Meanwhile, those figures in asking
through email and telephone fluctuated about 1000 questions and around 650 questions, respectively.
From April to June, questions asked in person ranked first and peak at 1900 enquiries. Asking through
telephone rose significantly with 1600 enquiries in June. Asking through email was the lowest figure
with dropped noticeably period started frome March to Jun with just below 400 questions.
