The provided line graph illustrates data about changes in the number of

enquiries sent to the Tourist Information Office in an unspecified city via

three means of communication from January to Jun in 2011.

Overall, what stands out from the line graph is that telephone was the
most dominant choice received by the Office in the first month. It is also
noted that the number of enquiries by letter/email experienced a
downward trend over the given period while the opposite was true for the
other figures.

A closer look at the line graph reveals that in January 2011, the quantity
of telephones to the Tourist Information Office was at its peak with 900
enquiries, far eclipsing the figure for letter/email (around 800). Regarding
the data of enquiries in person from visitors, it was the least significant at
400 enquiries among the different options.

Turning the other information of the line graph, it is apparent that the
numbers of enquiries in person and via telephone witnessed a surge to
1,900 and 1,600 enquiries respectively, becoming two most common
means of communication. In contrast, the other saw a plummet with its
figure being at its lowest to approximately 400 emails and letters between
January to June.
