increase in the number of inquiries made via telephone and in-person, while inquiries via

For a more detailed analysis, the volume of inquiries coming through telephone or in-person
channels witnessed a gradual rise from January to June. The surge in in-person inquiries was
particularly noteworthy, with a consistent upward trend. Notably, telephone inquiries saw a
minor decline from January to February but rebounded in March, jumping from 800 to 1000
questions. After a stable period from March to April, there was a significant spike in
inquiries from April to June.
In contrast, the number of inquiries received through letters or emails exhibited a sharp,
continuous decrease over the same six-month period. The decline was consistent in the
initial three months but became more pronounced, dropping from nearly 800 questions in
March to around 400 questions by June.
