The graph illustrates the number of questions asked by individuals, after which received by the Tourist

Information Office throughout a six-month course during 2011.

Overall, it can be observed that telephones and letters were the most common means of enquiry. The
The highest number of questions belonged to questions asked face to face with the Office, whereas the
opposite was true for digital/hand-written communication.

In 2011, as regard to the proportion of enquiries being asked at the Office, it commences with the
lowest amount as compared to the others in January, after which grew significantly and made its way to
the peak of the graph, accounting for approximately 1900 questions asked; whereas the number of
questions asked through telephones started at the top of the graph (nearly 900), subsequently
witnessed some minor fluctuations and finally stood at a total of 1600 questions.

Throughout the course, hand written or digital means of enquiry saw a downward trend as it pale in
comparison in terms of questions asked compared to the other figures. Starting off with around 800
questions asked and slowly decreased and finally met its downfall in June (around 380 questions)
