The line graph illustrates the number of questions sent to the Tourist Information office in a

particular city in 6 months from January to June in 2011.

Overall, it is clear that visitors who came to the tourist information office directly to ask questions
and by telephone were the most popular while letters and emails were the less common choice.
Additionally, there was an upward trend in the number of enquiries in person during the given
period.

In the first month of 2011, not many tourists asked for information in person, with just over 400
questions. After 5 months, the figure witnessed a significant rise to nearly 2000 questions. Also,
most people used the telephone to ask nearly 1000 questions, followed by a decrease to 800
questions in the next month. Then this figure recovered and continue to increase sharply by 1600
questions in the final month. Meanwhile, the amount of comments sent by letters and emails
approximately 800 questions in January tend to go down dramatically, which becomes the least used
by visitors in the late month
