Findings and Recommendation


please describe the findings during the site visit and recommendations, and insert any documentation that needs to be
highlighted

 it is proven that HYS has continuously improve its S&E management system: availability of dedicated
S&E Team, compliance to local regulation (permit, RKL RPL implementation report, certification, etc).
 Recommendations for improvement (based on monitoring visit):
 Found during visit that emergency exit routes blocked by trash. HYS shall ensure that
emergency exit clear and unblocked to allow quick and safe exit during emergency.
 Need to ensure construction worker wear proper PPE, at minimum shall wear shoes. If
possible, the construction worker shall wear construction boots or steel-toe boots to protect
workers from injury.
 We recommend HYS fill the first aid kits in accordance to the PER.15/MEN/VII/2008.
 Fuel tank next to the genset room not equipped with secondary containment. HYS may refer
to PP 74 2001 and PERMENLHK 6 of 2021.
