    What are your motivations and expectations from this activity, and what did you know
    before about the law and legal culture in Indonesia?

    Ans.

    Success is what motivates me to do good job. Knowing the fact that my hard work and
    perseverance will help me achieve greater professional success is what keeps me
    going. I feel that aligning the school’s vision and values with my own is one way to
    achieve that. I would like to express my appreciation to this program because it gives
    me the opportunity to obtain my teaching skills in social studies. Through this short
    course program, I would be able to learn the law and legal culture of Indonesia. And my
    expectations in this activity is I would be able to deepen my knowledge about the law
    and legal culture of Indonesia and also to know the difference of their culture and
    traditions how they differ to our country. What I know before about the law and legal
    culture in Indonesia is the law of Indonesia is based on civil law system, intermixed with
    local customary law and the Roman Dutch law.
