Permission is accorded to erect the Ground Based Tower (GBT) by RELIANCE JIO
INFOCOMM LIMITED at premises Sy. No.: Sy.No 328/3, Premises/Door No.: Sy.No 328/3,
Village, AMALAPURAM Mandal, EAST GODAVARI District in the site D Venkateswararao by
Lease Agreement Deed subject to condition that construction / erection of Telecom
Infrastructure Tower(Small/Micro) should be completed within (1) year for the date of the
issue of this order and to submit the completion notice in Appendix-B to the AMALAPURAM
Office and to get the use certificate of Telecom Infrastructure Tower(Small/Micro) in Appendix-
C by the AMALAPURAM Office as per the G.O 2nd & 3rd cited above.

towers.
2) The tower should be erected as per the specifications and design given in the
application and precaution should be taken to prevent damage from fire and lighting.
3) The permission / clearance accorded is subject to field verification and if it is noticed
that any of the conditions prescribed as per G.O 2nd & 3rd cited above are not satisfied
then the provisional permission / clearance automatically stands cancelled and action
will be taken for removal of the cell towers and the fee paid will be forfeited.
4) Also if any objection from the surrounding public regarding radiation / operational
frequency variations the above permission may be revoked.
