------------------------------TERCÜMANIN ÇEVİRİSİ-------------------------------- Profesör: I’d like to start by thanking you for inviting me to this wonderful program. At the start of the pandemic, Turkey was one of the first to be affected. However, their lack of attention in maintaining a decent social distancing throughout the pandemic stood out to me as a weak point. Although their healthcare workers definitely deserve a mention for all their efforts. The amount of dedication and perseverance we’ve seen from all healthcare professionals, even if it meant working for weeks without seeing their loved ones, was superb. ------------------------------TERCÜMANIN ÇEVİRİSİ-------------------------------- Profesör: As people went into self-isolation they began to interact more with the world within their technological devices. There was already a big problem with misinformation on social media but the pandemic made it a lot worse. So, yes, I do believe that we can count that as a side effect of the pandemic.
