    1) Observe some rebars without protection caps (Inform the PA to provide caps
    immediately).

    2) Observed electrical tool connects to the cable after the finish from it. (Stop the
    Improvement opportunities: activity and instruct the worker about housekeeping and the hazard of electric tools).
