    Key TBT focus areas: Job Risk Assessment (Job steps, Potential hazard, Required hazard control).

    Positive observations: Observed good house keeping provided by site team in the work site and TCF area.

    1) One of civil team workers were not wearing the safety glass while he working in
    TCF area. (Stopped him and asked him to wear clear safety glasses while he working
    on the site and he wear then continues the work).
    2) Observed that the Distribution board was not earthed properly. (Informed site
    Improvement opportunities:
    PA to install properly earth).
