    2022 STX PWRI Daily HSE Data


    Incidents/ NMs: NTR

    Key TBT focus areas: PPE value, the pinch point and the nails hazard, Housekeeping.

    Positive observations: All worker wearing full PPE all time.

    1) During a site inspection, found one labor crossing the MEWP barricade. (Stop him
    immediately and inform to site PA to make sure to instruct the workers daily in the
    TBT).

    2)Observed one driver crossing the speed limit during moving in the site. (Stop him
