    Key TBT focus areas: Hand tools hazard and the ROO minimums requirement before work, Housekeeping

    Positive observations: Good housekeeping (the work site tidy and clean).

    1)One of the workers was performing the grinding work without wearing ear plug.
    (Stopped the activity and gave a brief of consequence of not wearing the ear plug,
    after that he wear properly and continue the work).

    Improvement opportunities:
    2) During inspection observed some hard barricades were not managed properly.
    (Inform the site supervisor to maintain all the barricades in the workplace)
