    Incidents/ NMs: NTR

    Key TBT focus areas: Social distance , Electrical hazard , housekeeping.

    Positive observations: Good Mangment from the flagman to the vehicle in the site.

    1) Observed some worker keep their food on the site. (Stop the activity and instruct
    the workers to not take any food to the working area and already take it out).

    2)Observed worker using a jackhammer with a broken handle. (Stopped the worker
    Improvement opportunities: and inform the site PA to take it out and check the new one and give it an inspection
    tag from the competent person before use in the site).
