    2022 STX PWRI Daily HSE Data


    Incidents/ NMs: NTR

    Key TBT focus areas: ROO golden safety rules, Electrical hazard , housekeeping.

    Positive observations: N/A

    1) Observed poor housekeeping in the Cable trench ( trash and some wood in a
    storage area). (Inform the site PA to make good housekeeping in the work area).

    2) Observed there is one of the compactors was compaction in site and the
    Improvement opportunities: movement was not controlled by banksman. (Stopped the compactor movement and
    bring the banksman, carried out a brief of requirements of the banksman and inform
    the banksman All movements shall be controlled by him and inform the site
    supervisor to stop the vehicle if there's no banksman).
