LETTER OF INTEREST

This Collaboration Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is made and entered on

21/12/2022 between

Mr. Vinay Vattikuti, on behalf of Theme team (hereby referred to as the “First Party”) and

Mr. Chandrakant on behalf of CK Entertainment Pvt Ltd, (hereby referred to as the “Second Party”)

We M/s THEME TEAM having a registered address Dallas, Texas specializes in Sports and
Entertainment business from the past 3 years and CK Entertainments Pvt ltd at Villivakam
amusement park in Chennai wish to collaborate to establish the following purpose

We hereby are interested to be a part of your project and work with you on MGR (minimum
guaranteed rent) and revenue share basis. We will be requiring a space of ……… sft for placing our
VRS/STRIKIN Golf Facilities, Food and Beverages and related services.

Once you accept the letter of interest, we would be entering into an agreement with CK
Entertainments detailing all the commercial terms.
