    1. Give some reasons why it might be difficult for companies to find qualified job
    applicants
    for some positions such as electrical engineers, network specialists, software developers,
    and Java programmers.

    Answer:
    In my opinion, it is difficult to find qualified job applicants for some positions as electrical
    engineers, network specialists and software developers. These problems are created by the low
    salaries and poor training programs. The low salaries have lead employers to think that
    employees that have been trained by another company or university are not worth hiring. This
    has resulted in the decrease of skilled workers who can perform these jobs and cannot be
    replaced easily. The low salaries also affect new graduates and college students who might not
    have enough money to pay for tuition fees during their studies .In addition the particular reason
    for circumstance that companies find it difficult to find qualified job applicants for some positions
    such as electrical engineers, network specialists, software developers, and Java programmers
    is because of the lack of awareness about their skills.
