Thank you for your email of 10 th July about the problems at the Hotel Dante you had. Firstly, we really
apologize for the poor service you experienced. We are writing to your apologise for poor service. The
first problem is wrong room, we have a problem with the website, we mistook your room for a guest.
The second problem is shower with water heating system, we will send a mechanic to check and repair.
The third problem is slow service in restaurant because three waiters ill that week.

We really appreciate your feedback. We hope you will shop with again, so we are offering a 50%
discount on next visit.
