We received your complaint regarding the poor service provided by the waiters at our hotel. We
apologize for the mistakes of our employees, because they harmed you and your family's visit. Not
only because the quality of the bedroom and bathroom were not clean and our air conditioning was
broken, but also because of the loss of valuables.

For the huge losses that our staffs have caused, we would like to pay for your losses by providing
free and complimentary VIP room service for 5 days and 4 nights including free breakfast, lunch and
dinner. In our VIP service there is also a private swimming pool in it so that your family can enjoy and
feel comfortable on your next visit. There is no visit limit, if you would like to stay at our hotel again.

mistake will never happen again in the future.
