We receive your complaint regarding the poor service provided by the waiters
at our hotel. We apologize for the mistakes of our employees, because they harmed
you and your family's visit. Not only because the quality of the bedroom and
bathroom were not clean and our air conditioner was broken, but also because of
the loss of valuables.
For the huge losses that our servants have caused, we at Jess Park Hotel will
pay for your losses by providing free and complimentary VIP room service for 5
days and 4 nights including breakfast, lunch and dinner too. In our VIP service
there is also a private swimming pool in it so that your family can enjoy and feel
comfortable again when you and your family visit our hotel again. There is no visit
limit, if you want to vacation at our hotel again, you can contact us and we will
prepare it as best as possible and will not make mistakes again.
