Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about our stay at your campsite from 22-24 June.

I reserved a place for my camper van on your website. Our problems began as soon as we arrived. The
campsite worker told us that the place was not available. I showed him my confirmation, but he said
that they had problems with the website.

I got a place further from the centre. This problem was solved, but that was not the only problem. The
internet connection was terrible. The campsite was quite dirty. There was no hot water in the shower.
Also, we did not have a fireplace. We could not bake sausages. There was no apology at any point.

I believe that your company treated us very badly. Firstly, please check and correct the campsite website
so that it does not happen again. Secondly, I suggest tidying up the campsite and introducing more
campfire sites. Thirdly, it is desirable to improve some things, such as introducing hot water in the
showers and connecting to better wi-fi. I request to fix all these things so that other guests are not
inconvenienced as we were.

I believe that we should be entitled to some compensation for the inconvenience, as well as a refund of
the pre-paid place by the fire.
