Salary & Benefits

The CTC (upon confirmation and completion of Probation/Proof of Performance Period) will be INR 7 Lakhs
per Annum. This includes a fixed salary of INR 4.5Lakhs per annum and a performance-based variable CTC
target of INR 2.5Lakhs per annum. During the probation period of four months, successful candidates will be
eligible for a stipend of Rupees 5000/- per week.

Selection Process
The selection process for BDE will consist of online tests, pre-placement talk (PPT), two rounds of
interviews, evaluation of past achievements and reference checks. On the job performance coaching
will be provided. Good candidates are expected to function effectively in a few weeks time. The role offers
strong, progressive organizational career growth paths for good performers. Candidates are expected to
be fully set up for a work-from-home mode of working.
