Subject: Tourist Visa for participate 104th Lions club’s international convention
Dear Officer
My name is Dissanayaka Mudiyanselage Rajitha Vilasini and I live in Colombo Sri Lanka I would
like to apply for tourist visa upon my intention to travel to Canada from June 24th to June 28th
2022. main purpose of applying for tourist visa is to participate 104th Lions club’s international
convention in Montreal. (Copy of invitation Letter attached). During my visit I will stay in
Montreal with other Sri Lankan members who participate for the event. We also planned to visit
some of the well-known places in Canada.
my profession is a preschool teacher and special educator for the kids who are in special
conditions like autism, down syndrome, ADHD, ADD.I have been running a preschool for
the kids since 2009 (Copy of Business Registration attached) along with my staff teachers.
They can handle the preschool day to day work until I’m back to the Country. I love my
profession’ for me it ' s more than a job.
I have been into humanitarian service since my young age and I got my membership in
Lions Club International back in 2019 which helped me to run various projects for the
special needs kids in different parts of the country. Finally, I believe attending this
international event will be huge millstone in my life
