- Trainee is able to engage in discussion and answer recap questions based on his notes

Strengths: - Trainee is having no communication or attitude issue with trainer during training session

- Trainee manage to pass the recap quiz during training session

- Trainee is relatively passive despite able to answer recap questions or when put in the spotlight

participative in training session

During Training:
- During market training, Dat couldn't catch up with the knowledge trained by seniors. He was usually lost track
during training sessions and couldn't imply or remember the knowledge. TLs and RTLs once again conducted a
sharing session on how to improve the communication and keep track of product knowledge, but the agent couldn't
show much progress.

- During the 02 mock calls, his communication skill wasn't improved, even in Vietnamese. He couldn't explain
information in a full sentence and regularly hesitated when communicating. Also he couldn't remember the trained
knowledge or find related articles in which led to Accuracy, Implicit error.

Comments:
