Directions:
Read each of the following rules carefully. Treat each rule as a task to complete. Evaluate yourself in terms of your
feelings/reactions/disposition towards each rule based on the graph of the “Flow Model”. Write the letter corresponding to
the rule beside the box that reflects your feelings on the table below.

CLASS RULES
1. Before the teacher enters the classroom and the class starts…
A. the room should have no litter on the floor
B. make sure that all trash are in the trash bin
C. keep order by having the seats aligned properly
D. the white board should be clean of writings from the previous class
E. all students should be standing beside their assigned seat
F. the materials needed for the day should be ready under the seats
G. all electronic devices should be turned off and kept hidden (except for wristwatches that solely function as
wristwatches)

2. During the class and discussion…


H. each student should be ready to recite/participate in boardwork and meet a minimum of 5 recitation points
per week
I. some questions will be raised to students who are picked randomly, and some students will be picked as the
teacher wills
J. listen intently to whoever speaks and participates in the class

3. After the class…


K. all students should take note of any homework/assignment provided
L. prepare the classroom for the next class

4. Before, during, and after class…


M. conduct is graded and starts with a base and highest grade of 10
N. it decreases by 0.5 points for every infraction against this set of rules
O. it increases by 0.25 points for every correct conduct practiced in following this set of rules
