Table 5 Comments and Suggestions

I have learned through this mock job interview that I can apply this experience in
the future, especially the knowledge I've gained with my interviewer, Ma'am
Descallar. Thank you ma'am. You are very approachable. Even though I felt
nervous, I was able to answer your question and I felt at peace.
The interview was indeed helpful for us graduating students and can be able to
apply in my future endeavors. I would like to suggest to improve time schedule.
I really liked how Dr. Espero criticized the papers. She gave important advices
about the real world and how tough it is to find a job.
So far so good..I'm satisfied .......thank you and God bless
None so far. I learned so much that I know can be useful when I will going to
apply in the near future.
good connectivity but i hope we don't use it anymore and fo interviews in person
again! it was overall excellent!! thank you for this opportunity â¤ï¸
I think I am the one that needs improvement. It was suggested to me to wear a
blaiser (you know, that thing you wear that looks like a vest jacket or something)
to better fit with the white long-sleeve shirt that I wore during the interview, in
order for me to look more presentable. Other than that, the experience of the
mock-job interview was pressuring but great. There was a delay in proceeding
with the interview, as the interviewer was not available inside the scheduled time
for us. The delay can be improved though, by making sure that interviewers are
available within a given period of time for the interviewees. Other than that, the
mock-job interview felt professional and real, and that was good enough for us
interns to undergo.
It was very fun and informative mock job interview.
Please include more speakers from outside organization and pls include more
interviewers for the mock job interview. Thank You.
Everything went smooth. Maam Cabrejas was very professional when talking to
us and gave us advice and insightful information for our future job interviews.
It was very realistic, it's like a real interview in a certain company or institution.
Everything is well organized.
I think the time and more examples
What I've learned from our interviewer is that the questions for everyone should
be situational, the questions are all based from their resume or cv and not just
the expected basic questions. There should also be follow up questions from the
interviewer, because this is in order to prepare for all the students for this
unexpected scenarios.
It was very helpful to me because I was able to take note some informations
during interview. This will help me a lot in my future career. Thankss!
It's better to have a 1 hour interview per group so that the interviewer can really
discuss and accommodate each student per group.
I think its better to have a face to face interview.
The interview is so smooth, thanks to the interviewer because he gave us some
tips after the interview about proper ways, the confident, the proper way to
approach the employer.
The interview went well and it also gives us an idea on how to execute properly
during an actual interview
Be confident and prepared.
Helps Guide the students/applicants areas where we need to calm, not to tense
and start lowest position
It should be best if there are reports of assessment of how the student was
during the interview. So that the student will know which part he/she should
improve.
It's better to have a face to face mock job interview for us to get ready and have
the confidence.
My suggestions for the improvement of the next mock-job interview is that it's
better to have a face to face mock job interview.
I am not totally confident during my interview it find me so hard.
If possible, do it one on one
Activities like this is very important especially for graduating student like me it
helped me to become a future ready.
Make it longer next time. It was so short m. We weren't able to discuss more
about ourselves and the job we are applying for.
I think more examples and explainations
The activity is very important to us and I wish that we could alway have this kind
of activity.
Mock-job interview will be a great help to us and it is a good training to us as we
face the real industry world soon after we graduate. Thank you!
Thank you so much for the opportunity!

CONCLUSION

Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the activity was very successful,
as seen with the highly satisfactory rating. The objectives of the Virtual Mock Job
Interview were clearly conveyed to the students. The activity was also relevant to the
students especially for the 4th year students. The interviewers were also accommodating
to the students. The over-all success of the implementation of the activity allowed the
students to gain insights and experience in job application as it was professional and
realistic with advices given for the students to further develop their skills.

RECOMMENDATION

In light with the findings, it is recommended that:

1. the report of the results be disseminated to the VPAA, Program Deans, Guidance
Coordinator and Counselors for information and basis for future interventions;
2. same activity be given to 100% of the graduating students.
3. scheduled time shall be followed or if there any delays, students shall be notified;
4. the office can invite more interviewers especially interviewers outside the
institution to avoid familiarity and to make the students feel that they are exposed
in a real world scenario;
5. reports, feedbacks, or assessment from the interviewer shall be relayed to the
students; and
6. if possible, the time for the interview shall be extended so that the process can
be more thorough.
