1. Price list for a customer

2. Purchase and payment process: 

To complete your purchase, follow the steps below, 

1) A customer submit order inquires to Carman MENA. 
‐ mena@carmanit.co 
2) Carman MENA will provide a proforma invoice containing : 
‐ Customer’s company name . 
‐ Customer’sname as in the ID card . 
‐ Types of materials required . 
‐ Quantities of required materials . 
‐ Details of prices for required materials . 
‐ Shipping details to the buyer’s country(Shipping by DHL) . 
‐ Payment method details .

 SERVICE INFORMATION

3) A customer returns a pro‐forma invoice with confirmation signature or a company stamp . 
4) After customer’s payment amounts due to Carman MENA, the required order will be shipped out. 
5) A customer will be notified of shipping details. 

 
Note: A customer can communicate by calling or social media to complete the purchase and payment 
process if he/she prefers that . 

3. The supports and services 

A customer will beprovided the following supports and services from Carman MENA. 

1) Hardware warranty 

‐ Warranty period for main device: one (1) year from the delivery date. 

o Within warranty period: manufacturer will bear all repair and freight costs. 

o After warranty period: user will bear repair costs and freight costs. 

2) Software Update 

‐ Free updates warranty: two (2) years from the date of purchase. 

‐ Annual software update subscription: 250 USD, or as determined by the companyand the user 
will be informed in advance.
